Went to this dealership to buy a used car for our daughter.First off all the price our daughter paid was $500 more than what was advertised on the Internet because they charged a bunch of fees that she didn't know about.
They used high pressure during the sale so that my daughter rushed into a purchase before she could have it checked out (everyone hates high pressure especially from a used car guy). The car broke down only a month after the purchase. She brought it back to the dealership to have them look at it. The sales guy disappeared when he saw our daughter and the service department told her it would be $200 for them just to look at it.
She then took it to a trusted mechanic and $1700 later it was fixed. She had to know take out a loan to finance the repairs (which she tried to avoid the first time). I wrote the dealership complaining about this and all we got was a reminder that our daughter signed a document that stated "Sold As Is" and a lot of other useless bantering and rhetoric. Avoid this place like the plaque if you can help it.
Our daughter was desparate for a car and they took advantage of it.
